Description of Beginner and Intermediate 4-Pack & 5-Pack Lessons

The BEGINNER PACKAGE is for players that have never picked up a pickleball paddle or that have limited playing court time. This program will give a student the opportunity to build their game from the ground up before developing bad habits or poor stroke mechanics. You will learn the rules of pickleball, how to keep score, how to grip a paddle, the difference between a drive, drop and dink and how to hit a groundstroke, serve, volley, soft shot, overhead, lob and the 3rd shot drop. This package is essential for all new players that want to have more fun learning and playing pickleball. All equipment will be provided during a class session including paddles, nets, and balls. All you need to do is register, show up, wear tennis shoes (not running shoes) and be prepared to have fun and learn.

The INTERMEDIATE PACKAGE is for players that are a 3.0 or greater, but not yet a 4.0. If you have never taken a lesson or need a tune up or have questions regarding court awareness, stroke development (drive, drop and dink), or shot selection this program is designed for you. The program will review your shot mechanics, focus on how to deal with bangers, how to tactically transition to the non-volley line, work on consistency, court positioning, footwork, paddle control, game-play strategy and share fundamental knowledge of stacking and poaching.
